In Visible Learning, John Hattie notes that feedback is “one of the most powerful influences on learning and achievement”. If we are looking for ways to help students develop as learners, focused, formative feedback is crucial.  Feedback is a powerful practice that can connect us with our students in a positive helpful way. There are several ways for providing focused feedback. We have categorized them into Audio, Text, and Video and listed ideas  for each.
